Refund policy

We hope you love your Skog Lavender purchase. Each piece is crafted in small, intentional batches at our Maine island home and carefully prepared before shipment.

Due to the nature of home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened candles and diffusers. However, if your item arrives damaged or you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@skogcottage.com with your order number and a photo of the product. We will gladly work with you to make it right.

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sellable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected.

We are a small, independent brand and appreciate your understanding as we grow with care.
